It means that we back our work against defect in workmanship and quality. It does not include damage, misuse, or deterioration that happens naturally over time. Powder Coating
How It Works
Powder coating is a dry finishing process, that has gained popularity since it was introduced in the 1960s. it represents over 15% of the industrial finishing market. Powder coating is a mix of dry resins, polymers and other additives that are electrostatically applied as a dry powder.
After applied it is baked in a large oven from 300-500 degrees. with the addition of heat the polymers are broken down creating a crosslink to the metal substate forming a quality durable finish.

Ceramic Coating
How it Works
Ceramic coating is a chemical, high heat, and abrasion resistant coating. It is often referred to as an exhaust coating, heater coating or high temp coating. This high temperature coating applied wet, much like traditional auto paint. It is then cured in an oven. Ceramic is ideal for parts that are subject to extreme heat. It can be applied over almost any metal.

Media Blasting
Wondering what this is?
Media blasting is process that uses high pressure air to shoot pieces of abrasive material from a nozzle in order to strip or etch a surface. Media blasting is great for a wide variety of applications including paint and rust removal, corrosion restoration, and etching.
